process couldn't be simpler, and our trained team will

Complete
the claims back and send it back to us along with a copy
of the policy if you have it. From the information you
provide and using our legal expertise, we will compile
and present a professional case to the policy seller.
The company has to be given the opportunity to
investigate and reply within a statutory time limit.
They will reply either with an agreement to pay
compensation or decline it.
Should
they decline it we have the choice of applying further
pressure on them or taking your case to the Financial
Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS will carry out an
independent investigation into your case and make
recommendations based upon their findings.
At
this stage most claims are settled, but should the
policy seller still decline any admission of misselling
we can take your case to court.
